Prior to founding Intelligence Consultants, Michael was the Senior Principal Recruiting Manager for South-East Asia, where he managed the regional search process with the designated recruiters and appointed agencies.

Michael's proven track record in search consulting began in a leading enterprise featuring unique operations in HRM & Recruiting service. From a founding consultant to later Senior Manager, he was directly and indirectly responsible for more than 500 placements in less than five years. He also successfully mentored several consultants in developing various business sectors, such as Information Technology, Telecommunications, Logistics, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering and Not-for-Profit Organization. Michael's achievements are best seen by his winning of the Best Consultant and Top Manager.

He has first-hand experience in various vertical industries and markets. He was a former Vice General Manager of SEAC (A leading Electrical Manufacturing Group, A famous Public Company), where he had both direct and indirect sales & marketing, corporate planning responsibility within the International Market Development. Prior to that, he was the HR Director, responsible for supporting Human Resource Management related Affairs for 24 subsidiary JV companies including ABB, Siemens, GE, Schneider, Alstom, Microsemi, National, MWB etc.

Michael possesses a Bachelor of Engineering degree from then Shanghai Science and Technology University, (now Shanghai University) majoring in material engineering. 1998 He completed a MBA Program (Honour Degree) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in HK, specializing in International Business and Industry Design. He also holds a certificate of ACCA.

Michael is acknowledged as a professional career counselor, and Master Executive Coach. He is a career manager for several decision-making professionals in the business marketplace.
