因业务发展需要,现我们的客户急需招聘National Sales Manager—Aftermarket (Engine) , Working place: Shanghai
具体要求如下:
THE DUTIES:
- Lead and manage the AM sales team, formulate strategies and implement action plans to achieve the goals set by the company
- Work with and establish excellent relationships with distributors/dealers in China
- Insure that the sales team members are working together as a team
- Make sure the sales consultants stay in close contact with all distributors and dealers as well as many of the end-users to insure we are aware of what is happening in the market
- Oversee the sales team working independently of distributors in key markets such as Petrochemical, Mining, and Construction to develop his/her own network of contact.
- Insure each distributor and dealer meets its budgeted sales objectives
- Work with our China Distribution Center, Customer Service and Technical Support people to minimize complaints and resolve any that arise immediately
- Work with distributors/dealers and Product Management to expand the company offering
- Get involved with large, tendered order to insure a proper proposal is prepared by the distributor/ dealer or ourselves on behalf of a distributor, and insure the bid is competitive pricewise and servicewise with our main competitors
- Manage the sales team to regularly collect and report market, price, competitor, competition, and customer information in the area. Work with the Marketing to devise a marketing plan in line with the AM strategies and help implement the plan accordingly
- Follow all our client administrative procedures and policies in accordance with directives from management and normal good, ethical, business practices
- Interface with key company entities and organizations to keep all pertinent personnel informed of activity within the area
- Maintain fiscal responsibility
- Organize technical and sales seminars/training as required and arrange appropriate personnel to conduct the seminars/training to grow sales within the area. Participate and organize trade shows and exhibitions
- Tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when is required
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or technical subjects
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is a must
- 10+ years relevant working experience(in industrial parts aftermarket distribution industry) with at least 5 years in leading a sales team
- Sound track record in sales
- Assertive, outgoing, and pleasant personality, an dis a team player
- Self motivated and result orientated
