基于公司业务扩张的需要，急需招聘“CVM Project Manager”，上海，一名，
具体岗位职责如下：
主要工作内容 Main Responsibilities:
1.Manage and lead a software development team and fully cooperate with SQA team to ensure the project quality under a cost effective manner.
2.Be responsible for internal and external communication
3.Be responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including investigation tasks, project plan, initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and general product maintenance.
4.Participate in proposal writing and requirement discussion that help sales to win the potential opportunity.
人员条件 Requirements（文化程度/专业科系/相关工作经验 Education/Major required/Related Working Experience Required）:
1.Job Required Knowledge and Skill Set
2.CRM or other web application prior engineering experience is required.
3.Strong experience in software development of applications and Internet applications
4.Experience in working with internal and external partners
5.Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization
6.Good skill on document composing with logical thinking
7.Must have a strong understanding of the full Software development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
8.Project management experience on PMP, CMMI, Agile is preferred

Experience
1.2 years multi-national company working experiences is preferred
2.At least 5 years working experience in it industry, two years experience in software development experience is preferred
3.Must have at least 2+ years project management experience.
Education & Certification
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2.Masters degree is desirable.
Language:
Good oral English and basic English presentation capability.
