我们的客户--专注于无线测试解决方案的供应商.
我们的客户，针对无线产品品牌、消费性电子与合约制造商的研发与行销人员，以及无线IC 研发业者，提供先进无线测試解決方案的设計、研发、行销、支援等服务。
现我们的客户为满足公司发展的需要，急需招聘1名“Service Lab Manager ”，based in Shenzhen.
REPORTS TO: Director of China Operations
SUPERVISES: 3
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and manage new engineer team in ShenZhen Office which works on post-sales services of Wireless test solutions (WiFi, Wimax, MultiCom, etc.) based around company’s existing IQ family of Wireless test equipment ;
2. Train and Manage team members into devotional, persevering and professional team qualification index;
3. Setup and manage new Shenzhen Service lab facility include Setup, Maintain and optimize system test platform and instrument repairing & calibration platform;
4. Setup and Manage routine technical process of instrument repairing and calibration in lab and onsite Calibration project, experiences in ISO17025 would be a good plus;
5. Arrange and implement onsite Calibration project in qualified, professional and cost-effective process within project schedule;
6. Secure and improve the performance and professional process of postsales support to customers,
7. Diagnostic, Repair, Calibrate, maintain and upgrade wireless test equipment in company’s lab and customer sites, and prepare service report and test report; ;
8. Answer customer technical inquiries and perform technical support include clarification, demonstration and training for our customers and distributors;
9. Effectively communicate customer feedback to manufacture & operations team in company’s HQ;
Qualifications:
1. Major in EE or communication technology, Master degree with more than 5 years’ working experience, or Bachelor degree with more than 8 years’ working experience;
2. More than 2 years’ team managing experiences in team leader or manager position, experiences in foreign company would be a plus;
3. Experiences in project management, experiences of planning and implementing on site calibration project would be a plus;
4. Rich RF measurement experience, experiences in repairing, calibrating and debug RF instrument would be a good plus;
5. Have basic knowledge on microwaves theory and communication systems. Familiar with RF circuit design and troubleshooting. Experience in WLAN will be a plus;
6. Willing to take initiative and Perseverance;
7. Able to work independently and complete project schedule under press on schedule.
8. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills;
9. Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level.
10. Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate in post-sales services of instrument industry;
11. Good team work and Customer oriented spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members;
12. Good verbal and written communication skill;
13. Able to travel internationally and locally;
