我们的客户,针对无线产品品牌、消费性电子与合约制造商的研发与行销人员,以及无线IC 研发业者,提供先进无线测試解決方案的设計、研发、行销、支援等服务。
现我们的客户为满足公司发展的需要,急需招聘1名“Admin Manager ”,based in Shenzhen
REPORTS TO: Director of China Operations
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically.
2. Responsible for daily RMA(repairing) & CAL (Calibration) case implement in Shanghai lab, assist to establish and maintain SOP for RMA & CAL operation process;
3. Liaise and co-work with customers and distributors to ensure that RMA & CAL policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for proper balance of customer value and company’s current and future business needs;
4. Plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance activities of property management, file management, RMA&CAL Database management to improve robustness and professionalism of business activities and ensure the internal organization’s resources effect and efficiency;.
5. Assist lab manager on daily task assignment and performance evaluation process of lab engineers;
6. Performance analysis of RMA&CAL cases to minimize costs and improve qualification control and meet the organization’s business needs.
7. Assist future ISO17025 process implementation in SH lab;
8. Ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets.
9. Responsible for daily Admin issues, include Travel(hotel and air ticket booking, etc.) and Courier logistic implementing, and local supplier management, etc. ;
10. Cashier responsibility for routine cash payment and collection and check of daily expense claim of Shenzhen Employees;
11. Co-work with third party Finance consultant company and Finance manger in Shanghai for regular finance audit issue;
12. Co-work with Shenzhen FESCO for routine HR process and paperwork;
13. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above in Admin or Finance, or other related area;
2. Four years above office admin or intern experience with scope of foreign company offices management;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill;
4. Good command of English;
5. Proactive, fast-responder;
6. Shenzhen resident is priority;
7. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members
8. Good learning ability and Customer oriented
9. Willing to take initiative and Perseverance
