Our client, a Fortune 500 company located in more than 30 countries, is an internationally renowned engineering and construction company providing services and products to a broad range of industries, including upstream oil and gas, LNG, gas-to-liquids, refining, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and power generation. These services include design, engineering, construction, and procurement, as well as project management, research, and plant operation.

现我们的客户在中国的总公司（上海）为满足公司发展的需要，急需招聘1名“Project Engineer-E&C”项目工程师，具体要求如下：
SUMMARY:
1. Identify and communicate the objectives for the project team in accordance with the contract terms, scope of work and divisional policy.
2. Communicate these objectives to the project team.
3. Achieve scheduled performance, cost, quality, health, safety and environmental requirements of the project from contract award to Client’s acceptance.
4. Negotiate all contract changes with the Client.
5. Act as primary contact and maintain satisfactory relations with the Client.
Requirements:
Over 8 years related experience, knowledge in schedule/cost control and other disciplines; Critical mind and good organize/coordinate skill; process/mechanical design background is preferred
1. Education and Experience Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent experience
2) 8 years of working experience
2. Skills Requirement:
1) Fluent in both Oral and Written English.
3. Other Requirement:
1) Be able to accept 6~12 months field and/or overseas assignment.
