岗位职责:
Meeting Financial Objectives
o Responsible for alliance tie up with targeted groups that matches the identified segment customer required by the bank. And Responsible for maintaining strong and long lasting relationship with the tied up groups.
o Provide inputs for execution of marketing programs such as direct mails, telemarketing & liaison with vendors or agencies to support the marketing activities.
Non Financial Objectives
o Working closely with team managers, identify specific target groups for tie up and alliances.
Service Quality Measurement
o Manage customer feedback from various customer contact points
Operational Risks Management Deliverables
o Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control guidelines
要求：
o University degree.
o Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
o Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
