The Company maintains leading position in three distinct business segments : Industrial Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals and Agricultural Products.
Industrial Chemicals Industrial Chemicals segment manufacturers a wide range of inorganic materials, including soda ash, hydrogen peroxide, specialty peroxygens and phosphorous chemicals.
Specialty Chemicals Specialty Chemicals consists of BioPolymer and Lithium businesses and focuses on food ingredients that are used to enhance texture, structure and physical stability, pharmaceutical additives for binding, encapsulation and disintegrant applications, ultrapure technologies for medical devices and lithium specialties for pharmaceutical synthesis, specialty polymers and energy storage.
Agricultural Products Agricultural Products segment primarily focuses on insecticides, which are used in agriculture to enhance crop yield and quality by controlling a broad spectrum of pests and in pest control for non-agricultural applications, and on herbicides, which are used to reduce the need for manual or mechanical weeding by inhibiting or preventing weed growth.
现我们的客户（上海）急需招聘“General Accountant” 总帐会计1名, 具体要求如下：
Reports to: SCG Financial Manager
Main Accountabilities
To maintain full set of accounting books for Biopolymer Legal Entities in China and Asia Pacific as necessary, to provide support and guidance to Asian subsidiaries in terms of financial standards, reporting, and accounting process.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• To maintain full set of the accounting books for FICE and other Asia Pacific Legal Entities as required, as well as cash flow planning for them.
• To provide guidance to the cashiers.
• To prepare monthly management reports covering P&L, working capital report, A/R summary report, etc. for SCG finance manager & management to review.
• To prepare monthly accounts reconciliation to ensure all accounts are up to date and reconciled.
• Monitor the statutory filing status (including audit and tax) and maintain a good communication channel with tax authorities. Keep Finance manager up to date on tax and statutory changes.
• Responsible for managing accounts receivable process and credit.
• To perform month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing reports and assist in annual budget process.
• To carry out ad hoc assignment and analysis to assist management decision making.
Key Requirements
• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting, and member of a professional accounting organization
• Minimum 5 years experience with a multi-national in financial accounting & reporting, with regional experience preferred.
• At least 2 years experience as a general accountant.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP and Kingdee system environments preferred).
• Good computer literacy in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in audit, internal control (SOX), customs, VAT and taxation.
• Attention to details with positive attitudes, good team player.
• Self motivated, and be able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Hard working, willing to challenge and eager to learn.
