我们的客户--专注于无线测试解决方案的供应商.
我们的客户，针对无线产品品牌、消费性电子与合约制造商的研发与行销人员，以及无线IC 研发业者，提供先进无线测試解決方案的设計、研发、行销、支援等服务。
现我们的客户为满足公司发展的需要，急需招聘1名“System Test Engineer”，based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
. Perform system test role on integrated hardware and software test solutions for wireless communication products.
. Perform System Level QA role on integrated systems prior to releasing software components to customers.
. Define and document detailed test plans and procedures.
. Write clear and concise test reports summarizing overall system performance and identifying potential issues.
. Work closely with FAEs to reproduce system level issues reported by customers and perform initial system-level troubleshooting.
. Work closely with software developers to define and carry out in-depth software unit testing.
. Maintain a system QA data archiving process that clearly links test results to system/software releases, accessible to others and for retrieval later if necessary.
. Ability to flourish in a highly motivated team environment.
Qualifications :
. BSEE required, MSEE a plus
. 2+ years test and measurement experience in the wireless telecom industry;
. Experience using automated RF test systems.
. Experience writing automated test programs or scripts using C, C++,VB, Python and Perl.
. Skilled at developing detailed test plans and test procedures and carrying them out.
. Ability to write detailed test reports that summarize the results and identify potential issues.
. Excellent system level troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills.
. Hands-on experience making RF/system level measurements per governing specifications and standards.
. Experience working with system and/or software bug tracking tools like Jira.
. Well organized and structured way of working.
. Fluent with operating RF/system level test equipment such VSAs, VSGs, SAs, SGs, O-scopes, Power Meters, Vector and Scalar NA,
Wireless Communication testers, etc.
. Experience using RF and wireless test and measurement equipment.
. Prior experience using automated RF test systems. Prior experience writing automated test programs a plus.
. Knowledge of the RF PHY requirements for the following wireless communications standards:
. 802.11abgn WLAN
. 802.15 Bluetooth 2.x, 3.x
. Cellular GSM/GPRS/EDGE, EVDO/HSDPA, LTE
. 802.16 WiMAX, GPS, FM, NFC knowledge a plusAble to work independently and complete project schedule under press on
schedule. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills;
. Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for internal at a technical level.
. Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate about software validation with high technical competency
. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with team members;
