This type of search can be used at any level, but particularly when there is a critical need where positions must be filled in a short time. Most commonly, this service is applied to top management, e.g. CEO or CFO and at other senior and strategic roles, whether in international or local markets.
Clients also select this service when there is particular sensitivity about confidentiality. Fees are charged at preset intervals as the search progresses, up to when the candidate signs the offer letter.

Clients select this service when they have ongoing openings that do not have to be filled urgently or when the job specifications and profiles are constant. Fees will only be charged when the candidate signs the offer letter.
